I have to watch my mouth

The other day I realized with horror that my mouth is the only culprit for everything that bothers me about myself: the nasty words that fly out and the extra food tumbling down my throat.
If I kept my mouth in check none of it would happen. I’d achieve self-satisfaction, maybe even self-love, I would get the perfect body I so crave and deserve, I would never be called mean or nasty, inside or out of my head.
